About the Project
App Mundo is a whitelabel application developed to improve internal communication and internal marketing in companies. The product connects employees, managers, partners and teams, promoting collaboration and engagement.
My Role
As Lead Product Designer, I led the project from initial research to final delivery, overseeing the design strategy, ensuring a user-centric experience and impactful results.
Approach
1. Discovery
We carry out interviews with stakeholders and employees to identify pain points, in addition to market research to understand existing solutions.
2. Design and Prototyping
Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma. Implementation of a clean and intuitive design, focused on accessibility.
3. Testes
Usability testing with groups of users to validate flows and functionalities before development.
Results
- Implementation in more than 20 companies in the first year.
