Mobit: Digital Platform Redesign

I led the redesign of Mobit's digital platform as Creative Director and Principal Product Designer, focusing on improving information architecture, user experience, and visual consistency. The project modernized the interface, clarified the company's value proposition, and established a scalable design foundation to support the evolution of Mobit's mobility solutions and digital products.

1. Project Context

Mobit develops technology solutions focused on urban mobility, connecting data, infrastructure, and services to support smart cities.

The project involved a complete redesign of the company's digital platform, aiming to modernize the user experience, improve the communication of the company's solutions, and align the interface with Mobit's technological positioning.

The work required a deep review of information architecture, user experience, and visual language.


2. Business Problem

The existing platform presented several challenges:

  • Fragmented information architecture

  • Unclear communication of the company's solutions

  • Outdated visual interface

  • Navigation that was not aligned with user journeys

  • Limited scalability for future products

These issues made it difficult for users to clearly understand Mobit's value proposition.


3. Redesign Goals

4. My Role

I worked as Creative Director and Principal Product Designer, leading the design strategy and overall experience of the platform.

My responsibilities included:

  • Defining the product design strategy

  • Leading the creative direction of the project

  • Structuring the new information architecture

  • Designing the user experience and navigation flows

  • Defining the interface and visual design language

  • Aligning design decisions with business goals and stakeholders

  • Guiding the design process throughout the project lifecycle


5. Design Process

The redesign followed a structured design approach.

Experience Diagnosis

I conducted a detailed evaluation of the existing platform to identify usability issues, inconsistencies in the interface, and opportunities for improvement.

Information Architecture

A complete restructuring of the content organization and navigation structure was developed to improve clarity and usability.

Experience Structuring

Wireframes, user flows, and conceptual models were created to validate the new navigation structure and user experience.

Interface Design

A new visual interface was developed to better reflect Mobit's technological identity and strengthen the product's digital presence.


6. Product & UX Strategy

The redesign was guided by a few key principles:

9. Key Learnings

Combining strategic product design and creative direction made it possible to deliver a solution that not only modernized the interface but also strengthened the communication of the platform's value.
